The room was very small for three of us. I requested an upgrade several times, but there was nothing available, which was disappointing for our special birthday trip. The pool was misleadingly advertised as suitable for swimming, but it was just a plunge pool. Additionally, there were no evening meals available at the restaurant, which was quite strange.

The rooftop terrace offers a stunning view, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The location is prime, with easy access to Las Ramblas and nearby metro stations.

The air conditioning left much to be desired—feeling hotter inside than in the hallways. During my stay, renovation noise was a constant nuisance, and with only one operational lift, it became quite tedious to reach my room. Dining options were limited due to the restaurant being closed, forcing reliance on room service, which isn't ideal for those looking for a more lively atmosphere. To make matters worse, I encountered issues with the mini-fridge that never got sorted out.

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, a fitness centre, and a relaxing pool. I remember how the staff helped me with important documents on my first stay. Highly recommend trying the snack bar for a quick bite!

However, the room was noisy with an unpleasant odor and lacked basic amenities like a kettle or coffee machine, which is surprising for a hotel of this rating. The condition of the room left much to be desired, with scratched floors and poorly maintained furnishings.
